Each of our programs brings a story to life. We use either a classic take like The Three Pigs or original stories we have crafted. Each production serves as a wonderful “jumping off point” for important curriculum concepts including:
1. English Language Arts Standards
2. Visual and Theater Arts Standards
3. Social and Emotional Learning
“Students integrate and evaluate content presented in diverse forms.” We use puppet theater so kids can see these stories in an exciting, new way!
“Students perceive and analyze artistic works.” Seeing a theatrical production opens the door to fun discussions. Classes discuss the play, characters, their own emotions compared to the characters’ and much more.
First, students watch a lively puppet production. They then discuss choices the characters made, why they were (or were not) the best choice, and much more.
